Minor update addressing some order of operations issues to fix the way ambient color and ambient environment are applied and tweaks to default UI values.

    Don't work:
    -UV Sets UV centric UV linking
    -layered Texture

  2. Those operations are not supported by Maya's HLSL/DirectX runtime or compiler.
    The shaders intended purpose is to preview 'Game' assets in Maya's viewport. HLSL in Maya doesn't even support hardware rendering or the hardware render buffer.

  5. File format support is not something the shader author can control. Its dependent on what Maya's HLSL/DirectX runtime will allow.
